Gulls, Golden Surge

Gulls, Golden Surge is a cotton calico wall hanging, dyed and hand painted with pigments. Its surface was textured with paper and fabric, using machine and hand stitch. It shows gulls ‘flirting' with walls of crashing waves, in a dance of movement and light.
