Connemara Autumn

Connemara Autumn is a cotton calico wall hanging, dyed and hand painted with pigments. Its surface was textured with paper and fabric, using machine and hand stitch. It is a depiction of autumn shades in the mountains of Connemara, with ash leaf motifs and a single gull passing between the mountains.
