I-PAJ 6: The Glory

The Glory is a conical vessel formed using traditional plique-à-jour techniques. A mould of the object is created and fine silver wires are soldered in a pattern onto the surface. Fiery-coloured enamel pieces are inserted and melted into the pattern cells. The object is then polished.
