Short introduction to glass making in Lindava

Experience the tradition of Czech glassmaking with a scenic backdrop of Bohemian countryside in this short tour and demonstration. Guided by a master glassblower, you will learn how to craft a vase, drinking glass or pint glass in this 30-minute, one-on-one workshop, using your own hands. Your creation will require cooling time, so you can either collect it the next day or arrange for it to be shipped to you. The workshop takes place around a smelter at the Glassmaker’s Tavern, which is Ajeto Glassworks’ restaurant. This provides an immersive experience in Czech glassmaking amid a kitchen serving traditional food and beer, surrounded by skilled glassblowers in action. The workshop is available in English and Czech. Please note that the price varies depending on the product you chose to craft, ranging between 250 and 750 CZK.
