CHEF

This chef’s knife features a hand-forged Damascus blade in the dog star pattern, named after the celestial, radiating lines that span its surface. This is achieved through the precise layering and manipulation of steel during forging. In this particular knife, William Porto combined 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. The handle is crafted from maple wood that has been stabilised, infused with resin to improve its durability and bring out the depth of its natural grain. It is finished with pure silver inlays, William's signature.
