Armenian erkatagir alphabet no. 1

This calligraphy features Erkatagir, or iron letters, the oldest known form of the modern Armenian alphabet. The script is majuscule. This form of writing, characterised by bold and angular shapes, is deeply linked to the earliest expressions of Armenian script in manuscripts and monumental epigraphy.
