Crab brooch

This ochre coloured brooch is made of Murano glass beads in different nuances and a central lampworked pearl with gold leaf inserts. It is in the shape of a small crab from the Venetian lagoon. This accessory is completely handmade with extreme precision. The legs are made with the technique of the 'impiraresse' which is when tiny Murano glass beads are thread onto a wire to create a defined shape.
