Two gaps

This piece is a clay container bowl, modelled with the pinch technique, worn and polished to generate thinness and formal fluidity. It is glazed with an opaque turquoise green glaze on the inside. On the outside, its finish is the opaque white of pure clay. They are two bodies united, like a mother carrying her child. Their fluid and container-like shapes resemble two lagoons in southern Chile.
