La Cruche et sa Bassine

In recent years, Carine's work has focused on recreating everyday objects in textiles using the felting technique. This oversized set, composed of a jar and a bowl, were inspired by antique vessels used for washing. Fine merino wool combined with raw silk fibres make these objects an intriguing pair, the silk giving the objects a golden shine.
