Bowl del pescador

This bowl is made using a 6mm slab of clay, pressed with a type of netting, cut to shape and formed using a foam mould. The sea green glaze is applied in three washes, this glaze is a rich dark green, bordering on black where the glaze overlaps contrasting effectively with the lighter single layered areas and the darker indentations of the netting.
