Flaura and Fauna – Art Deco Totem

This porcelain and wood decorative piece is a collaboration between by Giannis Zois and Shokhrukh Rakhimov. It features four different vessels that can stand alone or form a large modular column, representing flora and fauna through gold motifs illuminated by sunlight. The modular design progresses from sea life at the base to insects, mammals, and birds. It aims to highlight human detachment from nature, with humans depicted as observers, underscoring their alienation from natural world.
