Wallpaper maker Juan Aresti based in Spain & Spanish fellow Celia Botas Vigo
One half of wallpaper-making duo BuenaVentura, Juan creates one-of-a-kind hand painted wallpaper, the result of years of research and the development of specialist techniques. He is inspired by nature, Japanese art and painters JMW Turner and John Singer Sargent.
Fellow Celia loves the process of seeing an idea become real and has produced jewellery collections for online sale. With a graduate diploma in fine arts and product design, she is drawn to the ‘infinite scenarios’ of hand painted wallpaper and fabrics, and admires Juan’s devotion to decorative arts.
