Step inside a tatami room and sculpt with wire

At his workshop in a traditional tatami room, Toru Tsuji invites you to a hands-on course on knitting a tortoiseshell pattern with wire. You will learn how to create a tofu server, and you will take it home as a keepsake and reminder of your time in Kyoto. After the crafting session, you will enjoy a relaxing tea experience with Kanaamitsuji's popular circle tea infuser. Toru's team will guide you through brewing a delicious cup of tea, and introduce you to the featured tea of the day. This experience requires booking 10 days in advance. Larger groups are welcome upon request. This course runs from Thursday to Tuesday, between 10:30 and 15:30. It is also suitable for children aged 10 and above.
