A whole weekend divided into two 4-hour sessions can be spent implementing your own ideas in slab building and/or construction techniques. Explore the material intensively and create your own objects during this weekend course. Using different design techniques, Nana will help you implement your ideas. To find your individual expression, you will examine shapes, proportions, structures, patterns, and colours. In her workshop, Nana has a variety of plaster moulds available for you to use. You can also build your own vessels. Coloured engobes, underglaze colours, and oxide pencils are available for finishing touches. After two or three weeks, once your ceramic work has been fired, you will decorate and glaze it yourself in a third 4-hour session.
