Guided tour of canemaker's workshop

with Pierre Vanherck

Discover the craftsmanship behind luxury walking sticks

After months of research, locked in his workshop to test metal combinations and wood resistance, Pierre Vanherck invented the formula to cast metal into a cane of wood while preserving it. Although he will not reveal his secret, Pierre will welcome visitors into his workshop to tell his story and how he went from being a computer scientist to a craftsman who makes prestigious canes. During the visit, he will show different precious woods and materials that he uses to make his famous walking sticks, but also refined jewels. The visit culminates in Pierre presenting his contemporary art gallery, called "When art comes out of its frame".
