Join the skilled team at Faïencerie Georges, a fourth-generation atelier dedicated to Nevers’ renowned faïence tradition since 1908. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn about the history and techniques of Nevers stoneware, create a stencil, and decorate your piece with raw enamel using vibrant coloured oxides. With expert guidance, you will craft a personalised object to take home, all while enjoying a snack and friendly conversation with the instructors and a small group of up to six participants. Once your finished piece has been fired, you will be notified that it is ready for collection. For a seamless experience, especially for beginners, you are encouraged to send your design in advance so that the team can prepare a mock-up for you to begin creating straight away during the workshop. This immersive experience costs 95 EUR per person.
