Blue Harmony

This piece is created by building up multiple layers of water-based paint to form a deep texture, then combining a cut plastic vase with silk flowers to construct a 3D composition. The sculptural qualities of the vase are highlighted, and additional painting was applied to give it a vintage feel. The composition focuses on colour contrasts and structural balances, which results in a decorative style that clearly showcases the materials.
