The Healing Lace

This piece features homegrown lavender and snow-in-summer, harvested in Worcestershire over two summers. They were dried, stored and preserved. Each seed and flower has then been individually hand threaded on silk and linen, and constructed into the form of a dress. This handmade needle lace took over 250 hours to complete.
