Katerina Gianaka lives on the historic and beautiful island of Aegina. Although solitary in temperament, she loves sharing her passion for ceramics and for her island. During this workshop tour, participants will learn about pottery techniques, but also about what it takes to be a creative and multifaceted artist. The medium of ceramics is simply a vessel for intense creative flow, and Katerina knows just how to marry painting and ceramics, art and design, form and function. As an added bonus to the tour, Katerina loves to reveal the location of secret spots on her island. Drinks are included in the price and are served after the tour in her gorgeous garden. It is recommended to reserve at least one week ahead. Aegina island is accessible from Athens by boat (1h15 trip) or Flying dolphin (45 minutes).
