A hat can have many purposes – whether it is to accessorise, to express one’s style or as protection from rain and sun. With the guidance of milliner Karin Krahl-Wichmann, you will make your own hat out of felt or straw. To get started, you will receive a tour of the workshop and the different materials that can be used for your hat. After a personalised consultation to find the best shape and colours to suit you, you will then start the hand-crafting of your hat and finish up with custom details. No previous experience is required to leave the workshop with a stunning quality hat after two days. Minimum 16 years old.
