Make your own kitchen knife in Antwerp

with Patrick Pevernagie

Learn the basic knife making skills

During this workshop at his studio iPKnives, situated near Antwerp, artisanal knife maker Patrick Pevernagie will teach you how to make your personal kitchen knife, starting from scratch – so from just a piece of steel. You will learn about geometry, heat treatment, grinding, shaping, various materials and much more. There is a maximum number of three participants for the workshop, so Patrick can truly focus on guiding you every step of the way. At the end of the second day, you will be able to take your very own, self-made knife home to your kitchen.
