Antoine Van Loocke creates beautifully handcrafted knives from waste. His studio is open to visitors who wish to know more about his passion, his philosophy and his world-famous clients (he makes bespoke knives for starred chefs and gourmet restaurants). During the visit Antoine will explain how he started and the different techniques he uses. He'll also show visitors his work and demonstrate how it is made. There are no individual courses in the studio, but visitors are always welcome to come for advice and a cup of tea... by appointment only.
