BLÆS studios are open and outreaching spaces, based on collective action and interaction to promote and develop the field of glass crafts. BLÆS engages in the local communities of which it is a part and invites the public in to learn about its work through events and workshops. In this experience, Jette Bøge and Sally Xenia will give a fascinating talk about glass as a material – its strength and fragility – and (depending on the duration) show a piece being blown, which can be customised.
