Drawing on her expertise in weaving exceptional fabrics, Aurélia Leblanc offers a special class on textile composition and thread combination. Open to all, participants are invited to come with their own personal inspiration, from which they will draw ideas for colours and textures. The first part of this five-hour workshop is devoted to making technical textile weaves, while the second part invites you to create your own artistic composition piece, and thus fully experiment with weaving. The materials used range from banana fibre, aloe vera and metal to flowers, wool, linen and hemp, so the creative possibilities are endless! Please note that the course hours can be accommodated to your preference.
