This experience involves a car tour of Copiapó and its surroundings with visual artist José Miguel Marty. You will make stops at strategic locations in Atacama, either for their beauty or for being a place with raw materials for the creation of artworks. During this experience, you will be taught basic drawing concepts and receive an explanation and a demonstration of the charcoal drawing from native trees in the region, followed by a drawing session of the nature of Atacama. You will also collect plant fibres to use for a basketry workshop. The experience costs 500 EUR per person and runs by appointment only. Please note that it lasts 20 hours, split across two days, with each day lasting 10 hours. Accommodation is not included in the price, as only lunch and snacks are covered in the fee.
