A pioneer of cosmetic brush manufacturing

Kashoen 1883 is a distinguished Japanese manufacturer of high-quality cosmetic brushes, nail brushes, and artist brushes, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to tradition. Established over 140 years ago in Kumano, Hiroshima prefecture, a region known as a major producer of brushes, the company originally specialised in producing precision brushes for luxury brands around the world. The current sixth generation head of the company, Shoko Takamoto, revised the company's mission towards making cosmetic brushes that are more accessible to the general public and that can be used as a tool to easily apply make-up.

With an emphasis on precision, practicality, durability, and design, Kashoen brushes are recognised for their outstanding quality, blending Japanese tradition and innovation. Kashoen has earned a worldwide reputation for creating beauty tools that elevate the art of make-up application.
